particulate contaminant, achieve workplace strict clean purification standards. Personnel move through

the air shower while particulate contaminants are blew off by the clean high speed air. So the duct cannot

be brought into clean area.

Standards before shipment. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and

the units individual results for each unit.
