If the project site is limited, and it require air shower for bothe persons and materials, we can do it as a intergraged one, so we design four doors, one doors for material entrance, two doors for persons, one door for exit door.

To make sure that 4 doors are interlocked, it is meaning that one door is open, other 3 doors cannot be open, must be closed state, we have to use PLC to control them, which is stable and long lifetime, besides we equip with touch screen to set the paramater of working, like blower fan, light, indicator lights, light by manual or automatitcally.

Doors: (1). 2 pieces of Single-leaf Swing doors, for persons to enter

(2). 1 pieces of Double-leaf Swing door, for materials to enter

(3) 1 Piece of high speed srolled doors, for perons and materials to exit, which is fast to open automatically, to save the time, people can enter cleanroom fastly.

Four doors are interlocked by controlled PLC, one door is open, other three doors are closed, cannot be opened.

Description:

Air Shower Tunnel have become an integral component of the modern cleanroom because their benefits

cycling, air showers act as traffic guards, controlling passage into and out of the cleanroom.

After using it, the dust could effectively be reduced to enter the clean area and maintain the normal working status.

This air shower tunnel of which automatic sliding door is convenient for people entering air shower room,

as well to reduce the enter time.

Air Showers clean micro particles off personnel and equipment as they enter or exit a cleanroom.

Upon exit, cleanrooms are envelope sealed when the unit automatically switches into an airlock.

They can also be used to remove hazardous contaminate from personnel when exiting facilities

Operation Instruction

1.Put air shower on the correct location, connect the power wires of air shower with the power wires,

There are FIVE lines: 3*Live line, 1*Null line and 1*Earth line. The power supply is AC380V/50HZ/3 phases.

2. In order to make sure air shower to work normally and the cleanliness of workshop, please kindly use air shower according to the following correct method.

2.1 Please check if there are any people in air shower before you enter it. When air shower is working entrance door and exit door are electronic interlocked, it is forbidden to open the door at this moment.

2.2 Put hand toward to Open switch, the entrance sliding door will open , enter air shower, then entrance sliding door will be close automatically, photoelectric sensor is reacted by people or goods, blower fan will be

blowing automatically (The air shower time is set 15seconds at factory, it is forbidden to change the air shower time during blowing), after blowing, exit sliding door open automatically, go out air shower,

then exit sliding door will be close automatically.

Our air showers allow the operator flexibility to program numerous settings using an easy-to-use touch-screen control panel. You can easily set cycle operation times, entrance/exit delays, when the lights turn off/on, and more.

Testing in factory:

All of equipment will be individually tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards before shipment.

Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.
